TLE Buffer Solution

Reagents

• 1M Tris-HCl Buffer Solution, pH 8.0
• 0.5M EDTA Solution, pH 8.0

Final concentraions

• 10 mM Tris-HCl
• 0.1 mM EDTA

Procedure

Per 100 mL

1. Add 1 mL 1M Tris-HCl solution
2. Add 20 µL 0.5 M EDTA solution
3. Bring final volume to 100 mL with 98.8 mL of pure nuclease free water
